Frequently asked questions about payments and dates
We run 39 lessons per year over 3 terms (Spring, Summer & Autumn) which run in line with the school terms and we break for all school holidays.
We will also update our Facebook page with term date reminders so follow our page here to make sure you stay up to date.
We also run a limited amount of crash course during the school holidays. These dates are advertised on our website and Facebook at least one term in advance.
When you join our lessons, we assume that you will keep you space until you tell us otherwise. If you miss a payment deadline you may lose your space. Do not worry we will send you a reminder when the payment is due and give you plenty of notice.
We ask all swimmers on our swimming lesson programme to pay for either a half term or full term in advance at least 4 weeks prior to the end of the preceding term.
We will send you an email asking you for payment for the following term at the right time and give you plenty of notice.
If you cannot pay on time and want to keep the space, let us know and we will make an arrangement with you to pay another way.
